After a jaw – droppingly - incredible headline set in front of 80,000 + fans at this year’s Download Festival on Saturday 13th June, and an overwhelming response to the live tracks they broadcast from the band on the 4 hour ‘Download - Rock Show Special’ on Monday June 15th , BBC Radio 1 have confirmed they will broadcast Slipknot’s headline Download 09 set . . . in full, in next weeks Rock Show!

Tune in to the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, presented by Daniel P Carter, at the end of the day on Monday 22nd June at Midnight, to hear Corey Taylor & Shawn Crahan from the band reflecting on their monumental and now legendary headline set, and then re-live Slipknot’s entire set, in full, recorded exclusively, for the BBC.
